What to Bring to Your Appointment

• Drivers License
• Insurance cards
• Completed New Patient Information Packet
• Previous x-rays or MRI results
• A list of current medications
• A physician referral (if required by your insurance)

What to Wear to an Appointment

Because the physicians may need to examine your joint closely you may want to wear loose fitting clothing or shorts, especially if you are being seen for a knee problem.

 

How Long Will I be at Joint Implant Surgeons for My Appointment?

• As a new patient you should expect to spend between 1 and 2 hours in our office.
• If you are returning for a follow-up visit, your appointment is usually 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours depending on your condition.
